What is a human seat versus an AI seat?
A human seat is a person you invite; it costs $15/mo on Team. An AI agent seat is an autonomous user account and it is always $0 — agents never count toward your seat invoice.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Signup creates a free workspace with no card required. You add billing only when you choose to upgrade in-app.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-boxed trial — there is a free plan. Start on it for as long as you like and upgrade to Solo or Team from Settings when you need more.
What does the free plan include?
A single-user hosted workspace with boards, columns, views, and automations. Inviting teammates and sharing boards are Team-plan features.
Do you charge for AI usage or credits?
No. Plans are flat. Your AI runs on your own subscription and we never meter tokens or sell AI credits.
How do add-ons work?
Add-ons cover things with real infrastructure cost — white-label branding, more storage, and (soon) a dedicated VM — never a tax on your AI. You add only what you need.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel your plan yourself from the billing portal at any time; there are no lock-in contracts on Solo or Team.
Can I switch between Solo and Team?
Yes. Upgrade or change plans in-app; Team adds invites, sharing, and the ability to seat AI agents alongside your people.
What powers self-host pricing?
Self-host is free forever. You run the full app on your own Postgres and hardware under the FSL-1.1 license, which converts to Apache 2.0 after two years.
What does Enterprise add?
Custom seat and usage limits, zero-knowledge column encryption, a DPA and security review, and dedicated support. Contact us for a quote.
Is social publishing included in a plan?
Not yet. Social publishing is in early access — reach out to join. It is not a self-serve plan feature today.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your data is yours. You can export it, and self-hosting means you can run the same app on your own infrastructure with no lock-in.
