Our method

What we believe about work software.

Netdexperts is opinionated on purpose. Four ideas shape every decision we make — and every one of them shows up in the product, not just the pitch.

01

Everything is a board

Most tools give you a different surface for every job — a task list here, a CRM there, a spreadsheet for the rest. The seams between them are where work gets lost.

We picked one primitive instead. A board has items, columns, groups, and views, and that is enough to model tasks, contacts, content, catalogs, and even the agents doing the work. Learn it once and the whole product opens up.

02

Agents are users, not features

An AI feature bolted onto a human account is a shortcut that hides who did what. When something goes wrong, you cannot tell the agent’s work from the person’s.

So we made agents real users. Each agent has a seat, its own identity, its own permissions, and its own line in the audit log. It can only touch what you grant it, and everything it does is attributed to it. Accountability is the feature.

03

No AI tax

The industry is quietly re-pricing itself around AI — credits, add-ons, per-message meters — so your bill grows exactly as AI becomes more useful. That is a tax on the thing you were promised would help.

We refuse it. AI agent seats are $0. You bring your own AI subscription, your calls run through an embedded router, and we never mark up or meter your tokens. You pay us for the platform, and you pay your model provider for the model. Nothing in between.

04

Software you can own

Lock-in is a business model, not a law of nature. We would rather earn the renewal.

The whole app self-hosts for free on your own Postgres, under a license that converts to Apache 2.0 over time. Your data is exportable and your workflows are portable. Cloud is the easy default; owning it outright is always an option.
